The magnitude of this construction project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 dollars. This project will require two separate Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facilities (TEMF)s to station a Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS) Battery and THAAD Battery at Fort Bliss, TX. First is to provide an already completed standard designed medium 35,290 SF TEMF for JLENS Battery. Second is to provide an already completed standard designed 18000 SF TEMF for the THAAD Battery Vehicle Maintenance Shop. The TEMFs will require organizational vehicle parking, oil and hazardous waste storage, Organizational Storage, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Mass Notification system, Intrusion Detection (IDS) installation and Energy Monitoring and Control Systems (EMCS) connection. Supporting facilities for TEMFs include site development, infrastructure, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters & storm drainage
