The project scope will consist of a new three story, approximately 99,000 sf Residence Hall, and a two-story approximately 15,750 sf Dining Hall (both are all in one building footprint). The Residence Hall is wood-framed construction and the connected Dining Hall is steel framed with a composite slab second floor. The building will be conditioned using a four-pipe HVAC system. All site work is included.
